About This Course

One of the most critical aspects of the legal profession is to uphold professional responsibility and maintain strict ethical standards. However, new reporting obligations, the remote and hybrid work setup, and the ongoing pandemic have caused dramatic shifts in the legal ethics landscape. With these changes on the horizon, legal professionals are becoming more susceptible to ethical minefields. Thus, to avoid potential risks and sanctions, it is paramount for practitioners to keep abreast with the most pressing issues while maintaining their ethical responsibility and accountability in today’s contemporary legal practice. Listen as a panel of distinguished legal practitioners organized by The Knowledge Group provide the audience with an in-depth discussion of current trends and developments surrounding the ethical practice of law and the unique ethical obligations and challenges facing lawyers today. Speakers will also share insights on how lawyers can strengthen their professional values and offer the best compliance strategies to avoid pitfalls.
