Prevention of Workplace Violence and Harassment - Alberta

Alberta considers violence & harassment to be workplace hazards and has specific rules regarding violence & harassment in the workplace. Both domestic violence and sexual violence are included under this legislation. The Occupational Health and Safety Code is a set of rules that employers and workers must comply with to ensure workplace safety.
