About This Course

Self Resiliency Parts 1 & 2 offer practical strategies for professionals supporting children and families through stress and trauma. These short seminars provide simple, somatic tools like mindfulness, breathwork, and movement to help clients build self-regulation skills. Perfect for teachers, therapists, and clinicians, the content can be applied in both telehealth and in-person sessions.

Part 1 focuses on somatic awareness, mindfulness, and family strategies to simplify home life. Part 2 builds on this by adding guided imagery, trauma-sensitive breathwork, and beginner yoga techniques for clinical or classroom settings. Both parts aim to boost practitioner confidence and client resilience.
